The PLOOTO project held its Consortium Meeting in Ljubljana – Slovenia in a two-day meeting between 19-20.03.2024. All PLOOTO partners came together to discuss the current status of the project and plan ahead the next technical steps.
In the course of the consortium meeting, the PLOOTO redefined System Architecture was presented as well as discussions took place relevant to Supply Chain DT Modelling and Orchestration as well as Governance. A dedicated section for the individual services that assist in the CRIS were also presented including Analytics and AI, Optimization, Process modelling and simulation as well as the Sustainability balanced scorecard. Lastly dedicated, pilot specific workshops took place for all pilots of the project where the overall status was discussed and planning relevant to the next steps were formalized.
The second day found the consortium discussing the verticals of Impact assessment, certification, standardization and education and lifelong learning relevant to the outcomes of the PLOOTO project. Furthermore Business Modelling presented a structured approach on how the rigorous research behind PLOOTO will transform to a solid and value adding service for the manufacturing industry.
Overall it was a fruitful interaction towards progressing and enabling a rigorous scientific project and valuable technical solution.
